We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled End User Compute Architect to lead the design and implementation of our digital workplace solutions. This role will be responsible for shaping the end-user experience across devices and applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-centric services that supports our road map going forward.

Key Responsibilities



Architecture & Strategy



Define and maintain the EUC architecture roadmap aligned with business and IT strategies. Lead the design and implementation of solutions across Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and other EUC platforms. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance user productivity and experience. Champion zero-touch provisioning, self-service, and automation for device lifecycle management. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security, compliance, and data protection policies are enforced. Implement conditional access, identity protection, and secure remote access strategies.

Operational Excellence



Provide technical leadership for EUC operations, including patching, software distribution, and performance monitoring. Define and track KPIs for user satisfaction, device health, and service performance. Create and maintain solution documentation to team standards.

Stakeholder Engagement



Work closely with business units, IT operations, and support teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Lead workshops, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programmes to validate new technologies.


Qualifications



Prior experience in a similar role is essential, ideally in a large scale complex global business Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to communicate effectively, lead workshops and support teams across the business Strong experience in Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and other EUC platforms Passion for learning and development, staying up to date with new technologies Effective teamplayer, and able to contribute individually
