About the Practice

We are a well-established private dental clinic based in the

City of London

, with a strong internal referral base and consistent demand for endodontic treatment. We currently

do not have an in-house endodontist

, meaning

all endodontic cases within the practice will be referred directly to you

.

We are looking for a clinician who is keen to

grow with the practice

, help develop our endodontic service, and work on a

fully flexible, ad-hoc basis

rather than fixed weekly sessions.

The Opportunity

All internal endodontic cases referred directly to you Opportunity to help build and shape an in-house endodontic service Potential to develop

external referral pathways

No fixed days or set weekly sessions

Sessions arranged

, based on: Patient demand Clinic availability Mutual agreement No internal competition for endodontic work Supportive and experienced clinical and nursing team

Equipment, Setup & Future Investment

Fully equipped surgery with

basic endodontic equipment

No operating microscope currently in place

Candidates must be comfortable working without a microscope initially Clear scope for

future investment

(e.g. microscope) as the service grows The successful candidate will be expected to: Provide input on endodontic equipment, materials, and workflows Take a proactive role in improving and developing the endodontic setup Work collaboratively to build a sustainable, high-quality service

Working Arrangement (Important)

No fixed days or guaranteed sessions

Work is offered on a

Candidate Requirements

GDC registered Either: Specialist Endodontist (on the GDC Specialist List),

or

Dentist with a demonstrable special interest and experience in endodontics Confident managing endodontic cases independently Comfortable working without a microscope initially Proactive, growth-oriented mindset Flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling Strong communication and patient care skills
