Salary:

26,000 - 30,000 + Performance Bonus

We are looking for an

Energy Account Executive

to become the "Engine Room" of our most valuable division. You won't be making coffee; you will be managing data for multi-million pound energy portfolios from Day 1.

The Mission



You will be working directly alongside our Property Management Division Lead and the Company Directors. Your job is to take complex, messy data and turn it into clear, profitable deals.

The Detective Work:

You will take raw portfolio data from new clients (often a mess of different dates and rates), call suppliers, and build a "Clean Sheet" that allows our sales team to close the deal.

The Commercials:

You will learn how to price energy contracts, analyse market trends, and prepare tenders for our largest corporate clients.

The Future:

This is not a dead-end admin role. We want to mould you into a

Key Account Manager

. Within 12-18 months, successful candidates will be managing their own portfolio of high-value clients.

Who You Are



We don't care about your specific degree subject. We care about your brain and your attitude.

Education:

Degree level preferred (or equivalent experience). If you didn't go to Uni but have a sharp commercial mind, we still want to hear from you.

Data doesn't scare you:

You are comfortable with Excel. You can look at a spreadsheet of 50 properties and spot the one with the wrong contract end date.

You are a "Fixer":

When you see a problem, you don't wait to be told what to do--you find the solution.

You are articulate:

You will be speaking to suppliers and clients. You need to sound professional and confident.

You are hungry to learn:

You want to understand how a business scales and you want a mentor, not just a boss.

Holidays:

25 Days + Bank Holidays.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:45-17:00 (altered to align with others).

Office Attire:

Initially office based, with hybrid options available once settled.
