Operations Energy Analyst

As an Operations Energy Analyst in our Supply & Energy Management (S&EM) UK team, you'll play a crucial role in managing our diverse energy portfolios and supporting our renewable energy operations. Summary of what you will do


Support day-to-day monitoring and management of our assets, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Liaise with park owners and forecasters to ensure accurate operational information Communicate with internal stakeholders to address their operational needs effectively Implement and maintain data flows with traders and service providers Contribute to process improvements and automation in collaboration with IS teams Support the deployment of Renewable Operations tools and provide training to new team members Identify UK-specific opportunities to enhance our Renewable Operations tools



What you will bring to the role


Hold a master's degree in engineering, business engineering, mathematics, or physics Have 3-4 years of experience in a similar field or equivalent experience demonstrated through education Possess strong coding and scripting skills, particularly in Python Demonstrate experience working closely with IT teams Excel in data management with a focus on business outcomes Fluent in English, with French language skills considered a plus Familiar with finance and/or energy fields Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
