As a Senior Loss Adjustor you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading complex insurance claims, particularly within the energy and power sectors, including renewables. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a passionate, talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for some of the world's largest and most demanding clients.
We will count on you to:
Lead on major energy and power sector claims, including post-loss claims preparation, presentation, and project management for a diverse range of clients such as renewable energy developers, real estate funds, contractors, and FTSE 100 companies.
Manage and deliver complex client engagements, ensuring effective expansion of the Claims Preparation services both in the UK and internationally.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and solutions across insurance claims management, dispute resolution, and claims defensibility.
Prepare and review detailed analysis, proposals, and technical reports, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the Claims Preparation practice within the UK and globally.
What you need to have:
A strong background in insurance claims as a qualified loss adjuster, with experience managing complex and demanding claims for multinational clients.
Proven project management skills in handling major material damage and financial loss claims.
Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel locally and internationally at short notice.
Professional qualifications such as BEng, CEng, RICS, ACA, or equivalent.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Solid understanding of energy and power sector claims, with a focus on renewables being a plus.
