Recruitment Consultant - Renewable & Green Energy
Manchester 40,000 + uncapped commission
This is a specialist Renewable & Green Energy Engineering division looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join their Manchester team.
You'll recruit into one of the UK's fastest-growing technical markets, supporting EPCs, developers and engineering consultancies delivering solar, BESS, wind, hydrogen and wider net-zero projects.
What you'll be doing
- 360 recruitment across engineering & project delivery.
- Building relationships with energy developers, EPCs & consultancies
- Headhunting niche talent (Grid, HV, Design, Project Delivery, O&M).
- Growing your own specialist market within renewables.
- Recruitment experience (any technical/engineering market considered).
- Confident communicator with commercial drive.
- Interest in sustainability, clean energy and the net-zero sector.
- 40,000 basic + uncapped commission.
- Clear progression to Senior Consultant and Team Leader.
- Hybrid working, incentives, training & sector events.
