Energy & Utilities Manager, Estates. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the award-winning Nottingham Trent University Estates Department, to manage the University’s energy and utility demands and to help further reduce Nottingham Trent University’s (NTU) carbon footprint. In this senior role within the Estates Department you will lead on the procurement, analysis and management of the University’s energy and utility needs; take a lead role in identifying and developing opportunities to reduce the carbon footprint of the University, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant energy, carbon and environmental legislation. As the Energy & Utilities Manager, you will have a degree in an energy, engineering, or relevant environmental discipline, management experience, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to complete tasks to deadlines, ensuring a high level of accuracy, at all times. You will also be a pro-active and self-motivated individual, with the ability to use your initiative, prioritise your own workload and to work within a team.
