Business and Division Description

Electrification Service Division - Energy & Carbon Service (ECS) Business Line

Location

This role is based in Europe, with a preferred location in the UK and Spain. The work model is hybrid. #LI-hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full development lifecycle of as-a-Service energy transition projects for commercial and industrial customers. Identify and secure project sites, manage permitting and interconnection processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project viability and readiness. Oversee project development schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Negotiate and manage contracts with EPCs, suppliers, and service providers. Act as the primary customer contact during development and support execution through to commercial operation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university. Minimum 5 years of experience in energy project development or management, ideally in storage, microgrids, or electrification infrastructure. Proven experience across all phases of project development, including permitting and interconnection. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Willingness to travel across the EU; fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus). Preferred: Experience in FEED to commissioning, familiarity with European permitting, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
