Energy Marshall - Data Centres - Sweden
We are currently partnering with an international construction company with operations in Ireland, Germany and Sweden. Their impressive and ever-growing portfolio includes commercial, fit-out, data centres, biopharma, industrial warehousing, retail, residential, healthcare, conservation and education projects. Due to their continued growth, they are actively seeking an experienced Energy Marshall to join their team in Sweden.
Responsibilities
Project Energy Safety Leadership
Take overall responsibility for energy control and electrical safety across the project, acting as the single point of coordination for all energy-related activities in live and partially live environments.
Energy Control Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage energisation plans, switching strategies, and LOTO procedures, coordinating activities between construction, commissioning, temporary power, and specialist contractors.
Authorisation & Interface Management
Ensure all isolations, switching, and energisation works are carried out by appropriately authorised AP/SAP or ESA-qualified personnel, maintaining clear boundaries between planning and execution.
Risk Management & Permit Control
Oversee RAMS reviews, permit-to-work systems, and toolbox talks related to energy hazards, ensuring robust controls are in place before works commence.
Compliance, Monitoring & Incident Management
Monitor compliance with Swedish regulations, EU directives, and site procedures through inspections and audits; lead investigations into energy-related incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
Requirements

• Must have strong knowledge of electrical energy control, LOTO, and phased energisation in live environments
• Must have 5+ years' experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
• Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden

EUR80,000 - EUR100,000 + Full Rotational Package
