The Role
We're looking for
experienced Sales Executives
from any sales background to join our ambitious team. You don't need prior knowledge of the energy industry -- full training will be provided. What matters most is your proven ability to sell, build relationships, and hit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and lead follow-up
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
Negotiate terms and close sales confidently
Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
Keep accurate records in the CRM system
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C) with a track record of hitting targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven, with resilience and determination
Ability to quickly learn new products and services
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
