This isn't just cold-calling. You'll be working with

warm, qualified leads

generated by our lead-gen team. Your job?

Close deals, smash targets, and take-home serious commission.



You'll speak to business owners and decision-makers, find the right energy solution for them, and seal the deal with confidence and personality.

What You'll Be Doing:



Taking warm leads and turning them into signed energy contracts Having engaged, consultative conversations with SME customers Negotiating the best deals with suppliers and customers Managing your pipeline and following up like a pro Hitting (and smashing) monthly sales targets Bringing energy, positivity, and drive to the team every day

What We're Looking For



Proven B2B sales experience (energy industry experience required) Natural closer with killer objection-handling skills Target-driven with a competitive edge - you love hitting goals Great communicator who builds rapport easily Someone who's hungry for commission and motivated by success Resilient, coachable, and up for a fast-paced environment
