The Role

We're looking for confident, motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team in Manchester. You'll play a key role in helping businesses understand and manage their energy usage, identify savings opportunities, and secure competitive energy contracts.

This is a target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy sales environment and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Contact business clients via outbound calls, email, and digital channels to discuss energy solutions in line with KPIS. Build rapport and trust with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges. Manage and convert warm leads generated through FFB campaigns and referral partners. Present tailored energy and efficiency proposals that deliver measurable value. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity. Work closely with internal teams (operations, renewals, partner management) to ensure smooth onboarding. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in

B2B telesales

, or a

consultative sales environment



Outbound B2B experience

Proof of success. Previous commission pipeline reports or payslips highlighting delivery.



Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Target-driven mindset with a hunger for success

Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high energy environment

A team player who contributes positively to the sales floor culture

Ability to manage time and pipeline effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year
