 Location: Midlands area, mobile role covering multiple customer sites 
 Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum + Car Allowance 
 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 17.00 pm

 Be the driving force behind carbon reduction and net zero strategies across a major UK facilities management contract. 
 Spearhead the development of pioneering energy solutions-from renewables and conservation to smart asset optimisation. 
 Influence the future of EMCOR UK's Carbon Transformation services and help shape new products that redefine sustainability. 
 Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients to turn bold environmental aspirations into measurable outcomes. 
 Design and deliver tailored energy and sustainability strategies that exceed client expectations. 
 Own the Carbon/Net Zero Transition Plan and Environmental Management Plan, setting the standard for industry best practice. 
 Optimise building systems and energy performance through data-driven insights and advanced technologies. 
 Guide capital investment planning with a sustainability-first mindset. 
 Champion ISO 14001 & 50001 compliance and drive continuous improvement across the estate.
