Energy, Utilities and Services Lead
Days - Cookstown
Monday to Friday, Day shift
As part of the wider engineering team you will optimise the reliability and cost performance of site services and utilities to include but not limited to steam generation and distribution systems, water and effluent treatment systems, compressed air, refrigeration and heat pump plant and LV electrical systems. This will include;
- Managing both preventative and reactive maintenance within site services and facilities
- People management, energy and cost reporting
- Ensure site services compliance with all health and safety, food safety and environmental guidelines and that the service/inspection schedule is adhered to by both internal resource and by external contractors where appropriate.
Educated / Experienced in a similar role to include;
- Ability to effectively supervise and lead an engineering function ideally within or to include facilities management (water, effluent etc)
- Experience in managing service contracts and overseeing the day-to-day activities of external contractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SCADA systems, and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
