We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of the delivery process.

Working week is from Monday - Saturday You will receive a maximum of 4 days per week. Candidate will start work from Enfield EN3 7SR

You will need:

A valid driving licence for a 7.5 Tonne Vehicle A Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Excellent communication and customer service skills

Duties

Operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle for the safe and timely delivery of goods. Load and unload items, ensuring that all products are securely transported. Communicate effectively with management staff and customers to coordinate deliveries. Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork as required. Assist in warehouse duties when not on the road, including stock management and organisation. Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.

Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is preferred, with a valid 7.5 tonne driving licence. Familiarity with commercial driving practices and regulations is essential. Experience in heavy lifting and manual handling is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
