Rate: 35.38 per hour
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Working Pattern: Community Based with Hybrid Working
Service: Adult Social Care - Connect Team (Triage Service)
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for a Locum Occupational Therapist to join Enfield Council's Connect Team, supporting the triage service for urgent cases.
Role Responsibilities:
Managing urgent and complex cases through the triage system
Gathering information to support timely assessment and planning
Carrying out assessments and creating support plans
Moving and handling tasks, including essential home visits
Completing follow-up visits and ensuring safe, appropriate interventions
Working within a community-based model with an element of hybrid working * HCPC Registered
