As Engage Opportunity Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:


Coordination of L&C opportunity engagements between key stakeholders (Sales, T&S, Commercial) and our internal processes Accountability and ownership of L&C opportunities from alignment to completion Organize internal project meetings during the opportunity lifecycle Create project schedules with the aligned Tech Lead and Project Manager Create task lists for team members that are part of the opportunity Ensuring that all associated external customer tickets from Engage are highlighted and linked to the existing opportunity Keep the project team and T&S Authority up to date on any progress of the opportunity

We'd love you to have

Excellent communication, planning, and administration skills; highly organized and attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills with professionalism, patience and a "customer-first" attitude Strong understanding of our Tech & Services and Sales departments as well as internal commercial processes (i.e., Big Deal Review and Bid process) Willing to go above and beyond to represent Softcat Tech & Services in a good light A passion for working with people and the ability to quickly build and sustain strong internal relationships A pro-active approach, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Project management related training would be advantageous
