The Engagement & Activities Leader will help nature recover by delivering an engaging programme of activities that will inspire a diverse range of visitors to connect with nature.



What you'll be doing:


Delivering nature themed events and activities to visitors from a wide range of ages and backgrounds Prepare and deliver a year-round seasonal programme of bookable and drop-in activities that will deliver a positive financial contribution Coordinate team members and volunteer resources, including helping to recruit Activity Volunteers who assist in delivering the programme Developing informative learning resources across a variety of media to promote nature connection

What we're looking for:


Strong understanding of different ways people learn and communicate Experience and ability to engage a wide range of audiences in varied settings to impart key concepts Good knowledge of common UK wildlife and habitats Excellent planning and organisation skills including financial awareness
