ABOUT THE ROLE



At M-Sport UK, we are at the forefront of global motorsport engineering, competing at the highest levels in FIA World Rally Championship, Racing Programmes, and other top-tier international series. We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Engine Parts Administrator to join our world-class Engine Department. In this critical role, you will support the smooth operation of our engine build and development programmes by ensuring the accurate management, tracking, and distribution of engine components. You'll work closely with our engineers, technicians, and stores team to ensure our builds remain on schedule.

The role and responsibilities include:


Maintain accurate records of engine parts and inventory using our internal systems.

Raise and manage part requests and orders in coordination with the engine technical buyer. Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and distribution of engine components to relevant departments. Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to support engine build schedules. Assist in documenting component lifing and service intervals. Support the preparation of parts for testing, events, and customer builds.

We're looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills. Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure. Computer literate with strong MS Office skills and experience using stock control systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. A proactive team player who communicates effectively and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:



Previous experience in stock control, parts coordination, or administration (ideally within engineering or automotive/motorsport) is desirable, but not essential.
