In this apprenticeship, you will follow an Engineering pathway, learning the science behind how we manufacture our wood and how we work with electrical and mechanical equipment. This includes learning a broad range of mechanical areas as well as learning some electrical biased subjects.
A 42-month programme, following the Maintenance and Operations Engineering Standard, achieving a Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering qualification and all the practical experience alongside, to be ready to move into a
Multiskilled Engineer
role. During your scheme you will be working from our Boston Site, 4-days a week, Monday-Friday for 8 hours each day and attending Boston College 1 day per week.
