We are looking for a skilled

Engineer

to join our innovative Digitech team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in integrating cutting-edge services (both applications and infrastructure) into our current portfolio, modernising our legacy platforms, and facilitating our strategic migration to the cloud. Responsibilities:



Providing technical leadership for programmes, initiatives and work streams where appropriate Supporting colleagues by knowledge sharing expertise via pair programming and peer review Lead with code reviews Supporting of scoping & creating integrated solutions as part of a focused Agile delivery team operating Scrum. Support Lead Engineers in proposing new relevant areas of investigation that would add value to current and future systems / solutions Coordinates testing efforts to identify and resolve system integration issues.

Competent in application design/architecture, integration architecture development, and enterprise application integration Significant experience of PHP development Good knowledge of JavaScript Good knowledge of MySQL or MsSQL both querying and constructing databases Familiarity with REST APIs and other integration patterns.
Desirable:

Experience of Salesforce development including configuration, Apex classes, automated tests, triggers, and controllers. Experience with iPaaS / EBS solutions Enthusiasm for new technologies and driving business outcomes Understands software testing processes Experience developing with automated tests both integration and unit Linux server and application configuration knowledge Knowledge of wordpress plugin development Experience with C#/.NET Experience with Snowflake Good communication & team working skills working with in an agile/SCRUM or similar environment
