We are currently looking for an

Engineer

Surveyor (Lifts)

to join our Sales team on a full-time basis. Engineer surveyor is going to work in the

Glasgow or Gateshead area

, carrying out equipment surveys for Lift Modernisation projects.

Key Accountabilities

Accountable for site visits and surveying the equipment in according to KONE standards, respecting safety rules Takes measurements and completes the necessary documentation and pictures requested Uploads data from site surveys into CRM Updates global database by request and provides reports Takes part in client and internal meetings, work groups, related to quality and technical issues, provides technical recommendations, maintains excellent relationships with customers

Professional Requirements

Previous experience in lift service/maintenance/installation ideally with old model of lifts Technical knowledge within the Lift Industry on various types/manufacturers of equipment Curious attitude towards equipment and environment Knowledge of Safety and Maintenance actions (for example: how to access the machine room, shaft, stop the lift etc.) Strong customer skills
We are interested to speak to Lift engineers who would like to step into the surveying field, work closely with clients and contribute to customer Lift Modernisation/Major repairs solutions.
