• ABP Perth have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Administrator & Stores Person.

The successful candidate will support the operation of the Engineering Department through the effective management of the Pirana CMMS and compilation of Engineering reports.
The Role involves:

• Obtaining weekly data for reports to be supplied to Group

• Assisting in placing department orders and managing stock control.

• Raising POs, taking deliveries and processing delivery notes and invoices

• General administration duties ensuring that all documentation is audit ready

• To maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the store, fully complying with 5S principles

• Work closely with other departments around finance, health and safety etc.

• Updating risk tracker document to follow compliance with site.

• Contacting external contractors for emergencies such as breakdowns and drain unblocking.

• Attending weekly meetings with other departments to communicate any outstanding repairs/maintenance

• Any other duties as required

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills

• Previous experience of computerised stock systems

• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems

• Experience of Excel, Power BI & Pirana desirable

• Have the ability to work as part of a team

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 07:30am to 4:30pm
