Job Description

We're looking for an extremely organised and detail-focused individual to join our engineering department as an

Engineering Administrator

. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly: managing breakdowns, coordinating responses, and supporting the engineering team with a wide range of admin tasks.

What will you be doing?



Monitor shared engineering email inbox and incoming phone calls.

Answer and log breakdown calls from customers

Follow up with confirmations of ETA or attendance to internal teams and customers.

Create and issue damage charges to customers, ensuring accuracy and evidence is attached.

Handle queries and disputes regarding damages in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide general admin support to the engineering department (e.g. document tracking, data entry, scheduling).

Maintain clear communication between engineering, customer service, and transport teams.

What we are looking for?



Exceptionally organised with strong time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail -- accuracy is crucial in damage charge.

Prior experience in an admin, service desk, or coordination role is required.

Calm and clear communicator, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills and able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule



08:00 to 17:30 Monday - Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.58 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Work Location: In person
