Job Purpose

The Standard Systems division is an important part of the AES group, and as the name suggests we specialize in the standard side of seal support. The Engineering Apprentice role will involve working with the rest of the Standard Systems Division team to Manufacture, test and Despatch goods to the highest possible standard.

Job Dimensions

2.1. Manufacture Seal Support Products in accordance with current procedures and technical drawings.

2.2. Carry out pressure tests in accordance with PED.

2.3. Follow and comply with Health and Safety procedures

2.4. Adhering to company policies and procedures

2.5. Attend local SERC campus one day per week

4.

Principal Accountabilities

4.1. Picking and assembling products according to Production orders.

4.2. Once assembly is complete both a visual test and pressure test are to be carried out.

4.3. Using AES software create a pressure test certificate to show no faults are found.

4.4. Pack complete goods and liaise with the Despatch team.

4.5. Work with the rest of the team to ensure the workplace is kept tidy and presentable.

Qualifications

Good standard of education. GCSEs in Math's and English. IT literate. GCSE level IT preferred
