Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Apprentice. This structured apprenticeship program offers hands-on experience and formal training in a variety of key manufacturing disciplines, providing a strong foundation for a successful career in advanced manufacturing.

What You Will Learn:

During the apprenticeship, you will rotate through several departments and gain practical knowledge and experience in the following areas:

CNC Machining

- Learn the setup, operation, and maintenance of computer numerical control machines for precision manufacturing.

Assembly

- Gain hands-on experience assembling complex mechanical components and systems.

Testing

- Understand testing procedures and protocols to ensure product performance and safety.

Safety Practices

- Learn to identify hazards and apply best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Quality Tools

- Use industry-standard tools and techniques to monitor, maintain, and improve product quality.

Lean Process Improvement

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production and eliminate waste.

Warehousing & Inventory Management

- Support the storage, handling, and flow of materials and finished goods.

Who We're Looking For:

A high school graduate or equivalent with an interest in manufacturing and mechanical systems A team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities Basic computer literacy and mechanical aptitude are a plus

Program Duration:

24 month funded course, provided, with potential extension of learning or full-time position.
