Job Description
Cogent Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Skilled Labourer/Assembler Machine for our client based in Leeds LS27. The role is on a temporary to permanent basis for the right person, with successful operators being offered a permanent role after 12 qualifying weeks.
Shift/salary:
Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00
Friday 06:00-15:00
\xc2\xa312.50 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa314.00 per hour
2 x 30 mins breaks per shift (1 paid, 1 unpaid)
37.5 hours per week
The role:
Working in a manufacturing environment
Assembly of metal components
Operating hand and power tools
Operating press breaks machine, guillotines, automatic saws
Picking material
Checking quality of products made
Working in a timely, accurate manner
The candidate:
Ideally has experience operating press break, guillotines, automatic saws but not essential.
Has worked within a assmbly postion , assembling of metal components.
Can operate hand and power tools
Is reliable, looking for full time and permanent work
Has a good eye for detail
Is physically fit and able to carry out manual work
