Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to gather, validate, and disseminate BOM information. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in the BOM, working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance BOM management processes, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to BOMs, including updates, changes, and version history. Communication: Act as a central point of contact for BOM-related queries, ensuring clear and timely communication across departments. Planning and reporting: Ensure BOMs are completed in time for the planned production date, and report on completion. Support Engineering Manager to create ETRS (Engineering Timing Release Structure) reports.
