Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated Coordinator!

- You will be communicating with customers, suppliers, engineers and visitors,
- Coordinating the engineers schedules,
- Managing job completion e.g. from raising job numbers through to invoicing,
- Updating customer databases,
- Liaising with stores to obtain prices for parts.
- Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, they specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares.
- Experience working within a similar coordinator role,
- Exceptional organisational skills,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Customer service experience.
