Interface with the internal and external customer; develops good working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Interacts with the Site Based Team, driving compliance to processes and procedures ensuring consistent delivery of service to agreed levels
Support product and customer marketing campaigns designed to grow our business.
Assist Engineering Centre Management with Monthly Reporting.
Compliance with both K&N - Rubix and customer Health & Safety requirements.
Ensure that housekeeping of the assigned area or facilities is maintained to the required standards
Provide expertise to customers to help them make good buying decisions about products and services that we supply, either directly or through product experts internally or externally.
Be a first point of contact ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every interaction.
Gather insight about the market, our customers and our competitors in the local area to help provide a deliver a competitive advantage.
Comply with commercial and operational policies in the performance of the duties.
