We're looking for an Engineering Delivery Lead to join us in shaping the next chapter of our journey.
The Role
As an Engineering Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives across a diverse portfolio. You'll act as the single point of contact between engineering domains and wider technology ensuring focus and alignment to achieve defined goals.
You will own the engineering roadmap, socialising and gaining buy-in from technology and product teams, then tracking delivery of agreed items. You'll also play a pivotal role in improving delivery processes that leverage agile and DevOps practices, while maintaining the right level of governance and control.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track Engineering OKRs, ensuring objectives are well defined and communicated. Lead the delivery of technical initiatives across engineering, alongside platform and cloud teams Own and evolve engineering delivery processes, embedding agile and DevOps practices. Act as the single contact for flagship projects, coordinating releases and escalations. Line manage and develop delivery resources including Delivery Managers, Technical BAs and Technical Product Owners. Maintain and communicate the engineering roadmap, ensuring dependencies are managed across Technology teams. Provide clear, concise reporting to senior management and C-level stakeholders.

What We're Looking ForProven experience in planning and managing technical deliveries in agile environments. Strong knowledge of scaled agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile). Experience working in DevOps environments with a solid understanding of risk and issue management. People management expertise with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Results-focused mindset with the ability to drive initiatives through to completion. Decision-making and influencing skills to balance complex options and achieve the best outcomes.
