What you'll be doing
As an Engineering Delivery Manager, you'll be the driving force behind seamless delivery across one or more engineering squads. Acting as the "front door" to Engineering, you'll manage cross?team initiatives, remove blockers, embed Professional Kanban principles, and coach teams to continuously improve. This is a people?focused, delivery?obsessed role where you will influence ways of working, guide multi?disciplinary teams, and enable predictable, value?driven outcomes across our technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Enable predictable, transparent, value?focused delivery across multiple engineering squads.
  • Embed Agile, Lean, and Flow practices -- including flow metrics -- to improve planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as key stakeholder interface, providing clear delivery updates and managing expectations.
  • Identify risks and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coach teams to standardise ways of working and foster continuous improvement.
Interested? Here's what you'll need to be successful
  • Experience in Engineering Delivery, Scrum Mastery, or Project Management, ideally with exposure to software engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, Lean and the Software Development Lifecycle (Kanban qualification desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate risks, unblock teams, and deliver initiatives across multi?squad environments.
  • Experience with delivery tooling such as Jira and Confluence, and a passion for coaching high?performing teams.
