Engineering Manager | Fin-Tech | London (Hybrid) | \xc2\xa3135K
Are you keen to dive deeper into the world of fin-tech and BigData?
We have just partnered with one of the largest and most recognised fin-tech ogranisations from across the globe, specialising in data/financial risk analytics software. Together we are on the hunt an experienced Engineering Manager to come and drive multiple teams as they begin to embark into the world of BigData.
As an Engineering Manager you can expect to:
- Lead/manage a diverse team of up to 30+ engineers at one given time
- Play a pivotal role in general product development, driving projects along.
- Work closely with off-shore teams
- Lead teams in the design of a new BigData environment
- Gather complex business requirements and translate into technical solutions
- 3+ years working as an Engineering Manager
- Exposure to leading teams of up to 20+ engineers
- Previous experience to working within in finance or banking
- Hand-on coding background with either Java, Python or Scala
- Degree in Computer or Science or similar (nice to have)
