Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead a Feature Team delivering features on our flagship Marketplace products. The role sits within the API Lab and will be central to implementing software engineering best practices, shaping our API strategy, and driving high quality delivery. The engineer will work within Agile frameworks to iterate rapidly and provide continuous feedback.
What You'll Do
Lead a Feature Team contributing to our flagship Marketplace products.

Apply and champion software engineering best practices within the API Lab.
Build solutions aligned to our wider technical strategy.
Collaborate in Agile environments to optimise delivery processes and accelerate iteration cycles.

What You'll Need
Strong background in software engineering, with the ability to design and implement high quality solutions.

Solid programming experience with React, CSS, HTML, TypeScript, Node.js (one or more).
Deep experience building and managing API solutions including REST, GraphQL, and microservices.
Exposure to API Management Platforms (e.g., ApigeeX, API Connect, or equivalent) is desirable.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and building secure, resilient solutions.
Experience with at least one major cloud provider: GCP, Azure, or AWS (essential).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
