What you will do:
Lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers across multiple disciplines, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
Drive the scaling of teams, systems, and processes, preparing the department for Series C growth and beyond.
Govern technical debt while maintaining rapid software delivery and contributing to requirements-driven architecture in the cloud.
The ideal candidate:
Proven track record managing 10+ engineers (ideally across multiple disciplines) in a high-growth, product-centric environment.
Experience scaling teams, systems, and processes towards Series C, focusing on building sustainable practices.
Background in requirements-driven architecture and cloud systems design, adept at balancing technical debt with delivery pace.
