What you will do:
Ensure robust, scalable engineering processes are maintained across our Ukrainian core product team.
Drive the hiring, staffing, and establishment of product and Go-To-Market teams across NATO member states.
Manage active roadmaps, timelines, and effectively communicate trade-offs and strategic compromises to leadership.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience managing engineering teams delivering mission-critical, high-reliability software products.
Demonstrated ability to establish and scale engineering processes in complex, geographically distributed environments.
Strong leadership in hiring, team building, and strategic communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
