Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experiencedEngineering Manager
to lead a engineering and product development function.Responsibilities of an Engineering Manager:
Lead and develop a small team of design and production engineers Manage engineering projects from concept through to manufacture Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product development Ensure compliance with relevant standards, manufacturing processes and quality systems
As an Engineering Manager you will be:
Experienced in managing engineers within a manufacturing or product-based environment Skilled in product development, CAD and engineering documentation Able to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities Comfortable working with customers and suppliers on technical queries Proactive, organised and confident making decisions
