As our new engineering manager you will be a key member of our local senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver world-class cooling products. You will be responsible for managing Engineering, Design, Quality Control and Planning teams. Champion innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across design and manufacturing. Manage technical projects, R&D initiatives, and process development to enhance performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with AS9100, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate across departments to optimise production, procurement, and quality outcomes. Take an active role in driving process alignment and developing meaningful connections with team members in both PWR Australia and PWR North America.

What we are looking for:

A relevant qualification in mechanical engineering Proven experience in senior engineering or manufacturing leadership roles. Strong technical knowledge in product design, process development, and automation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Advanced CAD and computer skills. Advanced consultation and negotiation skills as well as commercial acumen
