Engineering Manager
Salary: Up to 110k

What you will do:
Lead the development of robust backend services using C# and .NET Core, ensuring high performance and scalability
Design, implement, and test REST APIs and real-time WebSocket connections for core product features
Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions for integrations with AI and telephony services
The ideal candidate:
5+ years of backend software engineering experience, with strong C# (.NET Core) proficiency
Proven expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL databases
A proactive, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a startup mindset
