Engineering Operations Manage
r to drive efficiency, quality, and safety across this multinational firm's operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
Lead
day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring output meets quality, safety, and delivery standards
.Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies
to improve processes, reduce waste, and optimise performance. Overseecompliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations,
promoting a positive safety culture.Manage and develop a high-performing engineering team
, providing clear leadership and direction. Analyse operational metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.Lead projects aimed at enhancing production reliability
, efficiency, and sustainability. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.Skills and Experience
Proven track record in
engineering operations management within a manufacturing or technical environment.
Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean Six Sigma principles
(Green/Black Belt preferred). Demonstrated experience inhealth and safety management and compliance
. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and develop teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven approach.Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
