Heavy manufacturing company based in Birmingham (B7) are seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator join our established team
Summary of Job:
Using SAP Planned Maintenance, SAP Materials Management and other software packages as required. Creation and management of Purchase Requisitions including goods receipting and invoicing queries. Creation and distribution of Maintenance Reports. Assisting in the creation and management of stock items and BOMs. Assisting with the production of shut down information and its distribution. Assisting in the setting up of new suppliers. Assisting in the management of open work orders. Filing of documents and certification. Any other administration assistance required by the Team when asked to perform a reasonable request. Involved in continuous improvement projects
The Role:
Processing requests for new Suppliers, checking all required paperwork has been received, and signed by required managers, and complete required paperwork for Shared Services to process. Chasing any outstanding Supplier requests.
Communicate with Suppliers to progress current Purchase Orders raised as required.
Assist with Purchase Requisition amendments as requested.
Assisting with invoice queries, contacting the Suppliers with queries on price or quantity discrepancies.
Produce month end reports using SAP (and export into Excel if required) and issue to department heads.
Provide cover for Engineering Planner, to ensure a presence in the office.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and organisation.
Show competence in the use of SAP for tasks relating to the Engineering Planning Administrator role and assist in development of new KPI reports for Planning.
Effectively communicate and network with colleagues, customers and suppliers in carrying out day to day duties.
Carry out any other related duties that may be required from time to time

Working Hours:
Part-time 22.5 hours per week - Mon-Fri 09:30-14:00 (may be flexible)
