Join our engineering and construction team as an Engineering Project Administrator, supporting high-profile projects with work pack preparation, document control, and project coordination.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and issue engineering work packs for fabrication and construction.
Manage controlled documents using SharePoint, Aconex, or similar systems.
Maintain trackers, registers, and handover documentation.
Support QA/QC, permits, RAMS, and inspection/test plans.
Assist with PQQs, ITT submissions, and client documentation.
About You:
Experience in project administration or document control in engineering/construction/industrial projects.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Confident in MS Office and document management systems.
Strong communicator and team player.
