Role Summary
We are looking for a team member to manage the production and project management processes of our next-generation wall printer technology. This position requires expertise in supply chain and material planning, and the successful candidate will actively participate in strategic roles, including the installation and management of the wall printer production line.

Key Responsibilities
- No restrictions on domestic or international travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, with plans to establish a printer production workshop in the future.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in wall printer machine production or research in this field.
- Experience in production planning.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to develop and implement new ideas, and strong teamwork skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Fluency in Turkish is preferred.
- Familiar with production planning, workflows, and technical drawing systems (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Proficient in using programs such as AutoCAD, Canva, and Adobe Express.
- Prepare project plans by analysing the technical details of wall printer systems.
- Create project schedules, Gantt charts, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Develop material requirement plans (MRP) and coordinate with suppliers.
- Document and create production processes, continuously staying updated on technology and engineering management.
- Manage a website offering custom wall art services and have received training in trademarking and advertising.
- Ensure that material requirement plans are created for projects and that purchase requests are submitted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 36,118.50-71,595.94 per year
