Skills and Experience

Solid experience working with AutoCAD, Trimble Connect, Microsoft Excel and previous use of Trimble Business Center is desirable. Confidence in exporting / importing LandXMLs, DXFs, CSVs, and point clouds. Practical knowledge of cut / fill analysis, datum and site control setup, and local grid creation. Comfortable with file coordination, survey prep, and CAD automation. Clear communication skills--you'll be liaising with engineers, site teams, and drawing offices regularly. A keen eye for accuracy and consistency--layer management, clean file exports, and tidy drawings Able to work autonomously and identify process improvements. Experience with 3D scanning and photogrammetry would be of assistance in this role

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator at all levels, with a proactive, pragmatic, and hands on approach. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload.

We are looking for a technically minded CAD specialist with a passion for site-ready data and a drive to streamline digital workflows. If you enjoy continuous learning, diverse project work, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on site accuracy and project success, then we want to hear from you.
