Role overview

Production Operative - Engineering Technician

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is based in Corby Northamptonshire and working hours are Monday to Friday within our annualised hours (between 06:00 - 22:00)

The overall purpose of the role

Manufacture of Portable Display Systems

Responsibilities

Manufacture, Assemble, Finish and Pack Portable Display Systems Ensuring that Quality Processes and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to throughout Effectively manage and maintain workstation Diligently adhere to current Health and Safety guidelines

Key Skills and Qualifications

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively Confidence in liaising with departmental stakeholders Internal relationship builder with excellent communication skills Team player who upholds the company values Have a keen eye for detail Have the confidence to STOP and HIGHLIGHT any quality concerns, or any health and Safety issues Ability to adapt to undertake various tasks within operations. Ability to read Engineering drawings and follow instructions has documented. Experience in utilizing semi automatic saws and tube bending machinery. Must have a driving licence, off site working occasionally required installing and de-rigging exhibition displays.
