We're looking for a Technical Engineer to join our team and help ensure our facilities, equipment, and rides are maintained to the highest standard -- delivering exceptional experiences for every visitor.



As a Technical Engineer, you'll take responsibility for the effective maintenance, repair, and safe operation of all attractions and supporting systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure a safe environment for both visitors and employees through effective planned maintenance, while maintaining ride and equipment efficiency to the highest possible level. You'll ensure full compliance with all statutory obligations and the requirements of relevant regulatory and professional bodies, and you'll deliver proactive maintenance and repair programmes that maximise operational uptime.



Working collaboratively with the wider Technical team, you'll help drive operational excellence and uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You'll also provide occasional support to other attractions within the London Cluster as required.


Qualifications & Experience

ONC, NVQ Level 3, or a BTEC equivalent qualification obtained through an apprenticeship or college route in engineering. You'll have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering (multi-skilled preferred). Proven experience in maintenance, fault finding, and repair -- ideally within a leisure, theme park, or similar environment. A proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality and safety. Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices, safe systems of work, and risk assessments. A thorough understanding of engineering-related statutory requirements, such as COSHH. Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems. Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings. Familiarity with using technical manuals, conducting risk assessments, and handling related document.
