About the Role

We're looking for an

Engineering Technician

to join our Technical Department in Portadown. In this role, you'll design and improve products such as oil tanks, water tanks, and diesel dispensers, ensuring they meet customer needs and compliance standards. You'll also support contract manufacturing to achieve cost and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Create product and component drawings using

SolidWorks

Maintain bills of materials and routings on

ERP system (INFOR LN)

Manage engineering change requests and project manage cross-functional teams Support PPAP creation and dimensional analysis using scanning equipment Adhere to and improve engineering processes and safety standards

What We're Looking For

Engineering qualification or equivalent experience in a mechanical engineering environment Proficiency in

3D modelling (SolidWorks)

Knowledge of APQP, project management, and engineering drawings Experience with ERP systems (INFOR) and Polyworks scanning software desirable Strong time management, initiative, and adaptability

Desirable:

Mechanical Engineering Degree
