This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical background and a passion for engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the mechanical assembly, maintenance, and repair of components and systems on vessels and within factory settings.
- Carry out inspections, fault diagnosis, and basic testing of mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
- Experience in mechanical fitting, maintenance or production support.
- Familiarity with working on marine platforms, industrial, manufacturing or maintenance environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices in high-risk environments.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a mechanical or related discipline.
6 months contract initially

The role requires candidates to obtain and maintain SC Security clearance.
