Job Description

A vacancy exists for an Engineering Test & Measurement Technician, duties include:

Construct and record tests and experiments in a pre-planned, thorough manner. Construct test & measurement set-ups with safety and effectiveness as prime objectives. Produce complete reports which communicate, effectively, precisely and concisely using Microsoft Excel & Word. Provide technical support and advice to other departments and external customers. Provide production support for new and existing products as and when requested to do so.
Skills and experience ideally required:

A background / education in Mechanical or electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline Report writing to a good standard in word and excel Experience with metrology / measurement equipment Experience of a test work environment equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative Determined approach, a will to succeed

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
