England Pathway National Team Manager
Job Description
The National Team Manager will play a vital role in the operations of the England Pathway leading the national U25 team and the 3X3 programme for England (not including Commonwealth Games). This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the team's logistics, administrative duties, and communication. The National Team Manager will work closely with the coaching staff, players, and other stakeholders to create a positive and effective environment that allows the athletes to focus on their training and competition. The National Team manager will also have safeguarding responsibility for the team in line with the BWB safeguarding policy.
